We grow a wide variety of cultivars including Yutaka Midori, Sae Midori, Yabukita, Asatsuyu. We always endeavour to maximize the specific character of each cultivar, and achieve perfect harmonization with water, aroma, and flavors after blending different types of tea.
We also focus on the quality of soil, environmental friendliness and low pesticide use. All of which are essential factors to produce fragrant and delicious green tea. 10 days before harvest, we place a PVA cover all over our tea trees to help the rich taste of tea leaves become more condensed and reach a higher quality.
