Reiwa, A new era

Yesterday was the first day of the new imperial era Reiwa. Japan was in a festive mood. Today, May 2, sees the arrival of a new tea. Minamikyushu City starts selling their new tea before other cities in Japan. There are new tea events in several places in the city. Please enjoy the fresh taste of spring.

Ei factory started producing tea for the exhibit from April 12 to April 27, which was towards to the last day of the imperial era Heisei.

Chiran factory completed all work yesterday to mark the first day of the new era Reiwa.

This work crossed over the two eras of Heisei and Reiwa. We produced high quality tea that can compete with tea productions in other cities. There were no major problems during work operations. Thank you very much to exhibitors and everyone involved for all your effort. The National Tea Fair will be held in Nagoya this year.

We hope that we can report good news to you all. We would like to prepare for the next National Tea Festival held in Minamikyushu City next year.
