Agriland Ei Welcomes Tea Owners!
The Tea Harvest Experience was held on May 3, 2018, at the “citizens’ farm” of Agriland Ei, a large, natural park featuring easily recognisable wind turbines. A total of 40 tea owners, not only neighbours of the farm, but also visitors from other prefectures, came to attend this event. The owners really enjoyed the tea harvest as it is such a rare experience, under clear and blue skies.
During tea-related activities, the owners did all sorts of fun activities, including first-hand experience of learning the hand-rolled method as well as tasting local foods. Overall, it was another successful day in Minami-Kyushu City.
